1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi xử lý / Data we handle
- Nội dung tin nhắn và tệp: được mã hóa đầu-cuối trên máy người gửi. Máy chủ chỉ lưu và chuyển tiếp bản đã mã hóa, không có khóa giải mã, không đọc được nội dung hay tên tệp.
- Thông tin tài khoản: khóa công khai, tên hiển thị, tên người dùng do bạn chọn, vai trò trong nhóm, thời điểm gửi. Dùng để chuyển tin tới đúng người.
- Địa chỉ IP: chỉ dùng tạm thời để chống spam (giới hạn số kết nối), không lưu lâu dài.
Message and file contents are end-to-end encrypted on the sender's device; the server stores and relays only ciphertext and cannot read contents or file names. The server keeps public keys, display names, chosen usernames, group roles and timestamps to deliver messages. IP addresses are used transiently for anti-abuse rate limiting and are not stored long-term.

- Quyền truy cập Drive (refresh token) chỉ nằm trên máy chủ của chủ DuckMess, quyền đọc giới hạn cho dịch vụ. Bạn có thể thu hồi bất cứ lúc nào tại myaccount.google.com/connections.
DuckMess uses only the drive.file scope, on the Google
Drive of the server owner, to create one folder and store encrypted
attachments in it. It creates, reads and deletes only files it created
and accesses no other Drive files. Google user data is not shared, sold,
used for advertising, or used to train AI models. The Drive
authorization stays on the owner's server and can be revoked at any time
at myaccount.google.com/connections. DuckMess's use of information
received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Lưu giữ và xóa / Retention and deletion
Tệp đính kèm được giữ cho tới khi người gửi hoặc người nhận chọn "xóa
cho cả hai"; khi đó bản mã hóa bị xóa hẳn khỏi máy chủ và Google Drive.
Tin nhắn chờ chỉ nằm trên máy chủ cho tới khi được giao.
Attachments are kept until the sender or recipient chooses "delete
for both"; the encrypted copy is then permanently deleted from the
server and Google Drive. Queued messages stay on the server only until
delivered.
4. Chia sẻ / Sharing
Không chia sẻ dữ liệu với bên thứ ba, trừ khi pháp luật bắt buộc.

law.
